FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: method of removing enterovirus RNA in biological material using decontamination solutions is described. The method includes the stages of obtaining a suspension of biological material by mixing fragments of feces or a smear from the rectum of patients with enterovirus infection with physiological solution in a disposable test tube, adding a decontamination solution while stirring on a vortex and incubating for 30 minutes at a temperature of 22–25°C.
EFFECT: invention expands the arsenal of methods of removing enterovirus RNA in biological material.
