SUBSTANCE: video signal decoding method is proposed. The method comprises the stage of performing an entropy decoding of the bit stream, wherein a residual pixel corresponding to the current block is determined from the bitstream. Further, according to the method, the intra-frame prediction of the current block based on the pixels adjacent to the current block is performed. The recovered pixel of the current block is also determined based on the residual pixel and the predicted pixel determined as a result of intra-frame prediction. The predicted pixel of the current block is obtained using a pixel adjacent to the current block from above and a variation related to the adjacent pixels.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of video decoding.
