SUBSTANCE: video decoding method comprises the stage of entropy decoding of bitstream, wherein a quantization coefficient corresponding to the current block is determined from the bitstream. Further, according to the method, a conversion coefficient is obtained by performing an inverse quantization of the quantization coefficient. The residual pixel of the current block is obtained by performing an inverse conversion of the conversion coefficient. The intra-frame prediction of the current block based on the pixels adjacent to the current block is performed. The recovered pixel of the current block is determined based on the predicted pixel determined by intra-frame prediction and the residual pixel.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of video decoding.
