SUBSTANCE: video decoding method comprises the stage of entropy decoding of bitstream, wherein a residual pixel corresponding to the current block is determined from the bitstream. Further, according to the method, the reference pixels are determined based on the pixels adjacent to the current block and intra-frame prediction of the current block is carried out based on the reference pixels. The recovered pixel of the current block is also determined based on the residual pixel and the predicted pixel determined as a result of intra-frame prediction. If adjacent pixels include an inaccessible pixel which is not used for intra-frame prediction, the inaccessible pixel is replaced with a pixel adjacent to the inaccessible pixel.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of video decoding.
