FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: video signal decoding method is proposed. The method comprises the stage of entropy decoding of bitstream, wherein a quantization coefficient corresponding to the current block is determined from the bitstream. Further, according to the method, a conversion coefficient is determined by performing an inverse quantization of the quantization coefficient. The residual pixel of the current block is determined by performing an inverse conversion of the conversion coefficient. The intra-frame prediction of the current block based on the pixels adjacent to the current block is performed.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of video decoding.
