SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the computer equipment. Video signal decoding method includes obtaining of quantised coefficients of current block from video signal; obtaining the inverse quantisation coefficients of the current block by performing inverse quantisation of the quantised coefficients; obtaining difference samples from the inverse quantisation coefficients of the current block based on the conversion missing flag, wherein the conversion missing flag indicates whether inverse transform skipping is performed for the current block; obtaining prediction samples of current block and reconstructing current block by using difference samples and prediction samples, wherein the difference samples are obtained by selectively performing inverse transformation of the inverse quantisation coefficients of the current block based on the conversion missing flag.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of conversion efficiency.
