SUBSTANCE: communication system contains the base station, including: the signal transmitter for transmitting the signal indication to the user equipment. The signal indication contains the identification information for nonperiodic report with channel status information provision activation; and the information receiver for receiving the channel status information, provided in the report by the user equipment; and the user equipment containing: the signal receiver for the signal indication receipt, transmitted by the base station; the determinant of the measurement set for determining the measurements set to which the nonperiodic report with channel status information corresponds, according to the identification information. The measurements set contains the information about one or more points of the user equipment transfer; and the information reports provision unit to provide the report with relevant information on the channel status into the base station in accordance with the mentioned measurements set.

EFFECT: flexibility increase of the nonperiodic reporting scheme with channel status information.
