SUBSTANCE: device for detecting light signals comprises an image capture module mounted on the vehicle and a light signal detection module configured to detect a light signal from the images. The light signal detection module comprises a phase detection module for detecting the phase of the power supply system, a synchronized pixel extraction module configured to extract a synchronized pixel from the images with a brightness which varies synchronously with the AC electric energy cycle supplied to the light signal by using phase information of the power supply system and a light signal definition module.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of light signal detection.
