FIELD: wireless communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of wireless communication. A user terminal in accordance with one aspect of the present invention communicates in a cell that uses a reduced TTI with TTI duration of less than 1 ms, and/or a cell in which communication is controlled using reduced processing time that is shorter than the processing time in the existing LTE system. The user terminal has a measurement section designed to measure CSI using a reference CSI resource, and a transmission section designed to transmit CSI in a given subframe. The reference CSI resource is in a subframe preceding the said specified subframe by a period, which is shorter than the specified time period.
EFFECT: invention ensures proper measurements and transmission of channel state information (CSI) even when using reduced transmission time intervals (TTI) and /or reduced processing time.
