FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lubrication devices for gears. Lubricating device comprises an oil bath with a liquid lubricant into which the lower gear wheel is submerged. Lower gear consists of a disc-shaped body with a hub and a rim with a ring gear. Rim width is greater than the thickness of the body disc. At each end of the rim, which dimension extends beyond the body disk dimension, a flat ring is secured, which outer radius is not more than the radius of the ring gear bases circumference, and the inner radius is less than the radius of the rim inner surface and more than the radius of the circumference described by the points of contact of the end of the disc with the upper level of the oil bath lubricant when wheel rotates. Between the disk ring and the end face along the wheel end face vertical axis of symmetry, radially to the wheel, above the hub, perpendicular to the wheel end face, a flat scraper is installed, adjacent to the disk end face and the rim and ring inner surfaces. Scraper height is not less than the depth of the disc immersion into the lubricant of the oil bath. Under the scraper an oil receiving container is installed equipped with an oil drainage tray fed to the gear elements friction zones requiring lubrication with a liquid lubricant. Scraper, the container and the tray are fixed on a base fixed relative to the rotating wheel.
EFFECT: providing higher quality of the gear lubrication.
