FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: water heater with remote thermostat contains a heating element; an I/O unit for receiving a signal representing measured temperature; and a heating element control unit based on the desired temperature and the measured temperature. The control unit comprises a storage for storing the desired temperature of the space to be heated and includes an I/O unit. In this case, the remote thermostat contains: a housing; a temperature sensor that provides a signal representing the temperature; a control panel for entering a desired temperature that is transmitted to the control unit, wherein the control unit, to which the desired temperature is transmitted and which is configured to determine the control action for driving the heating element, is included in the body of the water heater.
EFFECT: ability to control the claimed system by a number of remote thermostats, simplified design of the thermostat.
