FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: in the method for repairing the pipeline mounted from pipes with internal couting, a faulty section is cut out and removed. Then, inside the ends of the pipeline, shells made of high-alloyed corrosion-resistant steel are mounted, the internal coating of the pipeline is covered with the shells, and they are fixed by passing in the radial direction. After the preparation of the ends of the pipeline for assembly by welding, a coil with an internal coating is placed in the free space. The dimensions of the coil correspond to the diameter and thickness of the pipeline wall, and its ends are also clad with shells made of high-alloyed corrosion-resistant steel. The coil is connected to the ends of the pipeline by welding using the technology of two-layer steel welding. On the shells on the side of the ends of the coil and the pipeline, thickenings can be made by placing rings of high-alloyed corrosion-resistant steel. Sealing elements can be installed on the shells on the side of the internal couting of the coil and the pipeline. A sealant on the basis of thermosetting or thermoplastic plastics can be applied on the shells on the side of the internal coating of the coil and the pipeline.
EFFECT: increased reliability of corrosion protection of the repaired pipeline section.
