SUBSTANCE: lightning discharges control is performed by controlled rejection of the lightning current from the thundery cell to the safe for the protected object place on the ground or water surface. The lightning discharge occurs strictly between the thundery cell and the selected location on the surface of the earth or water through the generated current conductive area, regardless of the intermediate path.
