FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: carbon fiber strands are fed to the impregnation through the openings of the distribution plate central part. The strands of basalt fiber are fed to the impregnation through the openings of the distribution plate peripheral part. The holes are round in quantity corresponding to the number of strands. Carbon and basalt fibers have an elongation of 1-3%. The impregnation chamber is made with an outer cylindrical surface and an inner surface in the form of a straight circular truncated cone with a conicity of 0.01-0.10. The base of the cone is made in the form of the noted distribution plate. In the section which is parallel to the base, there is a plate with round openings. The central opening is designed for the exit of the carbon fiber in the form of a strand.
EFFECT: increased tensile strength.
