FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: impregnation of a continuous roving with an epoxy or polyurethane binder, followed by heat treatment, is carried out on a pultrusion plant. The plant includes an impregnation chamber, a profiling die, and, additionally, a heat treatment chamber. The profiling die has an annular cross-section and comprises a mandrel. The heat treatment chamber is installed after the profiling die. The impregnation chamber is made with an outer cylindrical surface and an inner surface in the form of a straight circular truncated cone with a conicity of 0.01-0.10. There is a plate with openings for the roving entry at the cone base. The opening for the output of the impregnated roving is made in the form of a cone section parallel to its base. The opening diameter is 0.45-0.50% larger than the specified outer diameter of the target product. The impregnation chamber is equipped with two coaxial openings for feeding the binder. The openings are located on an axis perpendicular to the cone axis. In the shaping die, the temperature regime is divided into zones: in the first zone 120-150°C, in the second one 160-190°C, in the third one 140-160°C. In the heat treatment chamber, a temperature of 190-205°C is maintained.
EFFECT: increasing the strength of the target product and the process productivity.
