FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composite products manufacture from polymeric materials (PM), which can be used as stranded cable cores, concrete building structures reinforcement, for partial or complete replacement of metal reinforcement in concrete structures and products, etc. The hoop roving is impregnated by a thermosetting binder with subsequent heat treatment. Pultrusion plant includes an impregnating and squeezing unit. The impregnating and squeezing unit is configured as a single chamber. The chamber has an inner surface in the form of a right circular truncated cone with a conicity of 0.01-0.10. At the cone base a plate is located with holes for roving entry. The hole for impregnated roving exit has a diameter 0.45-0.50% greater than the nominal diameter of the desired product. Two coaxial openings for binder feeding into the chamber are located on the axis perpendicular to the cone axis. The temperature binder in the profiling spinneret is divided into zones: the first zone, 120-150 °C, the second zone, 160-190 °C, the third zone, 140-160 °C. 190-205 °C is maintained in the heat treatment chamber.
