SUBSTANCE: stitching with a linear stapler in the transverse axis of the stomach direction is performed. The second stitching is performed by the cartridge of the linear stapler perpendicular to the first one in the longitudinal direction to the stomach axis. Then a thick probe is inserted through the small curvature of the stomach. Stitching is carried out in parallel with the probe. Holes are formed on the front wall of the distal part of the miniature stomach and in the small intestine site, stapler branches are introduced and a linear hardware gastroenteroanastomosis is formed. The leading part of the small intestine is hemmed with a single nodular suture to the lateral wall of the miniature stomach capturing the stapler line. 0.3 ml of the "Sulfacrylate" glue is applied to the stapler line. The subsequent 0.3 ml of glue is applied to the line of continuous single-row suture and 0.2 ml of glue is applied to the front wall of the antrum. After the glue dries, the withdrawing loop of the small intestine becomes fixed to the stomach antrum.

EFFECT: method prevents the transfer of alkaline bile contents from the intestine into the stump of the formed miniature stomach, suture line inconsistency, reflux into the miniature stomach.
