SUBSTANCE: butter biscuits for the preventive purpose comprise wheat flour, water, margarine, egg powder and baking yeast. It additionally contains clarified beet fibers taken at the ratio to wheat flour as 1:10, a functional additive in the form of the mixture of poppy seed powder and pumpkin seeds ground to the particle size of 0.2 cm taken at the ratio of 1:3, as well as cinnamon. All the components are taken at the specified ratio.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the nutritional value and to improve the organoleptic indices of the product.
