FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: test method for the pneumohydraulic system includes feeding the test gas into the pneumohydraulic system, monitoring the test pressure therein, and checking the tightness, and after applying the test gas to the internal cavity of the pneumohydraulic system to the closed elements of the pneumohydraulic armature, which prevent the flow of test gas from flowing into the other cavities of the pneumohydraulic system without forced opening of the elements of the pneumohydraulic armature. Functioning of the pneumohydraulic armature elements is verified in turn by their response. The test gas flow is fixed by monitoring the presence of a test gas pressure in the respective cavities of the pneumohydraulic system, after which the leak test of the filled cavities of the pneumohydraulic system is done. After filling with the test gas of the entire pneumohydraulic system the test gas is alternately discharged from the cavities located behind each element of the pneumohydraulic armature, the test pressure at each of the elements of the pneumohydraulic armature is controlled. Then alternately they perform a leak test at the outlet of each element of the pneumohydraulic armature, then release the test gas from the remaining cavities of the pneumohydraulic system filled with the test gas in a sequence ensuring the failure of the elements of the pneumohydraulic armature, previously tested for functioning and leak tightness. Then the absence of test gas pressure in all pneumohydraulic system cavities is monitored.
EFFECT: improved quality of leak testing of the pneumohydraulic system by controlling the functioning and tightness of the elements of the pneumohydraulic armature at its last response during the testing.
