FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: method for detecting line structures (LS) is based on selectinf a search object by highlighting the scene. Several photoimages of the scene are analyzed with its change and constant illumination, the movement of objects is determined on them, regions of elongated objects are obtainedwith the same movement, segments of the image are selected with the straight lines that are not boundaries of colour zones, the resulting image is formed and the presence of objects similar to the object of search is evaluated by the method of a sliding window for what the window with the greatest splashes in brightness of the image is found and presence of a medicine is defined therein.
EFFECT: provides detection of line structures in real time with high probability while minimizing false alarms.
