FIELD: medicine, namely, technology for treatment of vessel masses, possible use for treatment of hemangioma.
SUBSTANCE: coagulation of hemangioma is performed using diode laser with wave length 1060 nm in impulse-periodic mode with durations of impulse 0,03 and 0,05 seconds, and pauses, respectively, 0,21 and 0,25 seconds. Average radiation power is 1,34-1,95 Wt and energy density ranges from 65 to 450 J/cm2.
EFFECT: good cosmetic result.
