FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely, maxillofacial surgery, and can be used to treat children with small-cystic form of vascular malformation of the tongue. Contact is made by laser radiation in continuous or pulsed-periodic mode with a pulse duration of 500 ms and a power of 1–5 W. Exposed with a wavelength of 1.55 mcm at lymphatic malformation. Exposed with a wavelength 0.97 microns at lymphovenous malformation.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides a reduction in the risk of relapse due to the complete and simultaneous removal of pathological tissues; reduction of traumatic operation due to the point action of laser radiation, as well as the simultaneous coagulating effect of laser radiation; increase of functional and cosmetic results of treatment.
