And, the toner resin has a maximum elastic stress value at 100°C (ES100) 1000 Pa or less, and the maximum elastic stress value at 70°C (ES70) 1000 Pa or more when the temperature drops from 100 to 70°C, where the maximum elastic stress values are measured according to the oscillatory shear procedure of large amplitude.

EFFECT: providing a resin for toner that allows to obtain a toner that ensures simultaneous low temperature consolidation and heat resistance when stored at high levels and has high scratch resistance and high dispersibility of the pigment.
