FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry and can be used in the canning industry for seed separation. Device comprises the housing, the hollow perforated rotor mounted therein mounted for rotation, the raw material loading device and the raw material supply unit. Perforated rotor is designed as an acute angle α relative to the horizontal axis of rotation of the multi-faceted perforated pyramid with flat perforated faces around its perimeter and with flat butt-shaped perforated polygonal walls placed at different angles β and ψ to the axis of rotation of the perforated pyramid and to each other at an angle ϕ. Longest axes of the end perforated walls of a polygonal shape are the same or can be rotated along the axis of rotation of the perforated rotor relative to each other by an angle ω. Over the entire length of the perforated rotor along its axis of rotation the cylindrical spring is mounted with a circular cross section of turns, which is equipped with the device for changing the step of turns by means of stretching or compressing it. Housing of the device is equipped with the seed discharge device and, together with the perforated rotor, it is mounted on the frame, which is elastically mounted on the bed.
EFFECT: use of the invention will improve the efficiency of the process of separating seeds.
