FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and may be used in canneries when extracting seeds from vegetable raw materials. Proposed device comprises casing, hollow perforated rotor fitted therein and provided with possibility of rotation, raw material feeder and raw material feed assembly. Perforated rotor has conical surface along perimeter in the form of alternating perforated ledges of trapezoidal shape and perforated triangles of triangular shape and with flat perforated end walls of elliptical shape. End walls are parallel to each other and are inclined at an acute angle to the horizontal axis of rotation of the perforated rotor and form alternating perforated ledges of trapezoidal shape and perforated recesses of triangular shape. Large ellipse axes of end perforated walls of elliptical shape with alternating perforated projections of trapezoidal shape and perforated triangular cavities perimeter are turned relative to each other at acute angle. Along the entire length of the perforated rotor there is a cone spring of elliptic shape fixed in cross section and square cross-section of turns. Along the entire length of the device for separation of seeds from loading to unloading is fixed a spring of cylindrical shape with square cross section of turns, which are equipped with devices for change of pitch of turns by their extension or compression. Housing of device is equipped with unloading device for seeds and together with perforated rotor is fixed on frame elastically mounted on bed.

EFFECT: use of the invention will make it possible to expand technological capabilities and increase efficiency of separation of seeds.
