FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: in the method for processing fly ash of coal-fired thermal power stations, comprising high-temperature treatment in a nitrogen atmosphere, the process is conducted in the presence of urea at fly ash: urea ratio of 1:1, and the high-temperature treatment is carried out in a flow of nitrogen plasma at a plasma temperature of 4000-6000°C at a power of a plasmatron of 25 kW and a plasma flow velocity of 60-100 m/s, followed by cooling in a nitrogen atmosphere fed at a velocity of 60-80 m/s and separating multidisperse fractions under conditionds of vortex cycloning and filtering on a bag filter.

EFFECT: waste utilisation, expansion of assortment of useful products obtained as a result of ash utilisation.
