FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method involves the formation, on a conductive model of a low-melting metal alloy, of a prion, its drying, and removal of the model. The precipitate is formed from a solution of an aluminoborbophosphate concentrate with a filler made from a nanostructured diamond powder and recycled electrode production waste containing silicon carbide and graphite. The filler is preliminarily subjected to a quiet discharge with a strength of 500…800 V/m. The drying of the pore sludge and the removal of the model are carried out simultaneously under the action of high-frequency currents of 8…20 kW.
EFFECT: acceleration of the formation of a forethic sludge with a reduction in energy consumption, increasing the strength and thermochemical stability of ceramic moulds to high-temperature alloys, and improving the quality of complex castings.
