FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to casting processes and may be used in production of the turbine blades from nickel high-temperature strength alloys. The device incorporates a ceramic mould wherein arranged are, in the following succession, an inoculation cavity with a monocrystal inoculant, a tapered starting cavity, mould cavity and additional sprues. Additional taper starting cavities and mould cavities are arranged in the ceramic mould one above the other along the same axis. The top starting cavity base is equal to the blade fin section at the joint between the starting and the mould cavities and is connected with the lower casting sinkhead having a recess in the form of truncated triangular prism to accommodate the higher casting starting cavity. The device can comprise additional crystal carriers in the form of 0.5-5 mm - thick plates.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of the process with a high yield of good monocrystal castings.
