SUBSTANCE: invention relates to themethod for preparing tin benzoate (II) by direct reaction of tin oxide (II) with carboxylic acid under conditions of intense mechanical stirring and using a mopping agent, a bulk phase based on an organic solvent and a tribochemical catalyst commensurate with room temperature, where tin oxide (II) is dosed in an amount of 0.15-1.00 mol/kg of the initial charge in a molar ratio with benzoic acid of 1:2,10, white-spirit is used as a solvent for the bulk phase, and fechral is used as a grinding agent in the weight ratio of 1:1, the download is performed in the sequence of white spirit, a grinding agent, acid, after which mechanical mixing and heating are included and within 10-24 min the preparation of the acid solution is performed with the temperature at the completion moment of 40-45°C, and then heating is removed and, without stopping stirring, the tribochemical catalyst in the amount of (1÷25)·10-3 mol/kg and tin oxide (II) are included, then the process of preparing carboxylate is performed with the current control thereof until complete conversion of the oxide into the target salt, then stirring is stopped, the slurry of solid salt is separated from the grinding agent and is filtered, the filter precipitate is washed with flushing solvent after washing the grinding agent and the reactor elements from the remnants of the reaction mixture with white-spirit, is well-drained, removed from the filter and dried in air to constant weight.
EFFECT: method allows to increase the yield of the target product and high percentage of the transition of the initial reagent masses to the mass of the target product is achieved.
