FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to physiotherapy. Within three days from the onset of the disease, the perianal region is exposed to a single laser irradiation in a non-ablative mode from the Fotona SP Dynamis system, which includes two treatment stages. At the first stage, Nd:YAG laser is irradiated at wave length 1064 nm, energy flux density 120 J/cm2 and pulse repetition frequency 0.3 Hz in PIANO mode. A R33 handpiece with a spot size of 9 mm is used, which scans the perianal area at speed of 5 mm/sec until the skin surface temperature is 39-40 °C Thereafter, a moisturizing water-soluble gel is applied on the perianal region. At the second stage, through the said gel, the Er:YAG laser is irradiated at wavelength of 2940 nm, with energy flux density 7.0 J/cm2 and pulse packet repetition frequency 2.5 Hz in SMOOTH mode. A PSO3 handpiece with a spot diameter of 7 mm is used, which scans the said perianal area at speed of 5 mm/sec, the duration of the scan session is 50-60 sec.
EFFECT: method allows providing conservative treatment of acute thrombosis of external haemorrhoids, arresting pain syndrome, improving blood circulation and resolution of thrombus in haemorrhoid, stimulating neocollagenesis in ligamentous apparatus of cavernous formations.
