SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is described including a set of oligonucleotide primers and fluorescence-labelled probes for identification of colon and rectum malignant lesions by analyzing RCGY sites methylation in the DNA samples in the specified positions of the regulatory regions of the tumor marker genes by the GLAD-PCR method and a method for identification of colon and rectum malignant lesion by RCGY sites methylation analysis in DNA samples of in the specified positions of regulatory regions of tumor marker genes by the GLAD-PCR method. This method involves formation of a colorectal cancer tumor marker gene panel: ADHFE1, ALX4, CNRIP1, EID3, ELMO1, ESR1, FBN1, HLTF, LAMA1, NEUROG1, NGFR, RARB, RXRG, RYR2, SDC2, SEPT9, SFRP2, SOCS3, SOX17, THBD , TMEFF2, UCHL1 and VIM.
EFFECT: invention expands the arsenal of oligonucleotide primers and fluorescence-labelled primers.
