SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for determining the probable age of an unknown individual. The essence of the method is to analyze the level of methylation of epigenetic age markers — RCGY sites located in the regions of genes whose methylation is associated with age, using GLAD-PCR analysis and calculate the age value based on the obtained values.

EFFECT: development of a method for simplifying the procedure and reducing the analysis time, as well as using a small amount of DNA for analysis, increasing the reproducibility of the result and, as a result, the reliability of age determination.
