SUBSTANCE: invention provides the possibility of qualitative cooking with the use of a chargrill on soils of any hardness in a wide range of possible surface reliefs, thus eliminating the need to select a surface area for the installation of the chargrill. The chargrill contains four racks, two crossbeams and at least two crossbars. The crossbeams are parallel to each other, and the crossbars are perpendicular to the crossbeams, are oriented horizontally, and each crossbeam is connected to the crossbars and supported on two racks. The chargrill is designed with the possibility to adjust under the relief the vertical position of the racks, and in the preferred embodiment also with the possibility of adjusting under the relief the position of the racks horizontally along the crossbeams and the position of the pairs of racks horizontally along and across the crossbars.
