FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to household devices for quick, quality and safe preparation of food products in different conditions on open air, in a cafe, in a restaurant, mobile catering point. Said quality parameters are achieved due to uniform heat treatment, and most importantly preventing formation of polyaromatic hydrocarbons-carcinogenes, causing formation of cancer cell in a human body. Proposed design of vertical grill is half-open, which makes it possible to monitor cooking process and directly participate in said process, since traditionally shashlik preparation is a creative process. Technical result is achieved due to that vertical chargrill comprises a metal frame with supports, metal cone-shaped box for loading fuel therein is rigidly fixed on an air duct of rectangular shape having an opening, under which there is an ash can, wherein cone-shaped box with air duct and ash can is fixed in central part of said frame on horizontal supports, in which box has shape of cone, diverging from its rectangular base upwards, and has two active sides made from metal mesh, in which on frame on two sides of box there are posts with slots for fixation of skewers therein, where posts are configured to mount thereto two L-like walls-screens with slot-free sides of posts so that said wall-screens are arranged behind posts opposite each of active sides of box in form of cone.
EFFECT: technical result of invention consists in creation of simple structures and easy to use vertical grills, which provide high quality of preparation of food products, mainly shashlik, minced kebab on biofuel (mainly on charcoal).
