FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: gear wheel comprises a body and a toothed rim with teeth made of ferromagnetic material. A pair of circular straps made of diamagnetic material adjacent to the gear rim is secured on teeth ends and sections of the body ends. The outer diametre of the circular straps is not less than the diametre of the circumference of the gear rim vertices, and the areas of the ends of the body between the circular straps and the shaft on which the gear wheel is mounted are coated with a diamagnetic material.

EFFECT: quality of the lubrication process of the gear wheel.
