FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to mechanical engineering and can used in helical gears with crankcase lubrication by immersion method and underlaying gear wheels of larger diameter. The lubricating device contains the oil bath with the liquid lubricant into which the lower gear wheel is immersed. From the end side of the lower gear wheel, to which faces the incident lateral surfaces of its gear rim, a screen is made in form of profile plate ring arranged with a gap relative to end face of gear rim and overlapping it in height. The cross-section of the half of the ring body is in the form of Z-shaped element, outer and inner parts of this element are parallel to end face of the wheel and its middle part is perpendicular to this end. The outer diameter of middle part of screen is equal to the diameter of the circumference of the wheel gear rim bases. The outer diameter of the screen outer part is greater than the diameter of the circumference of the wheel ring gear vertices, and the inner diameter of the screen inner part is smaller than the diameter of the circumference of the ring gear bases.
EFFECT: increase quality of gearing lubrication process.
