FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in gear assemblies, operating with lubrication by liquid lubricants by dipping. Gear wheel comprises a body, pair of annular pads with outer diameter, equal to gear wheel gear rim tips circumference diameter, and fixed on body ends and gear rim with hollow teeth, made of bent plates, forming teeth side surfaces and fixed between annular pads inner ends. Each tooth is made from one bent plate, which outer surface is identical to tooth designed profile for given gear wheel, part of bent plate on side of tooth side surface lagging during wheel rotation, forming this surface idle section, is oriented radially relative to gear wheel and fixed on its body, and on side of leading side surface similar part of bent plate is cut along tooth entire width, and on part of bent plate inner side, forming tooth side lagging surface, in plane of gear wheel rotation at least one stiffener rib is located, which is fixed on this bent plate portion throughout its length, as well as on bent plate inner part forming tooth vertex, and on gear wheel body.

EFFECT: provided is higher quality of the gear wheel lubrication.
