GEAR TRANSMISSION LUBRICATING DEVICE Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC F16H57/04

Abstract RU 2630840 C1

FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used in helical gears lubricated with liquid lubricant by immersion. The lubricating device contains the oil bath with the liquid lubricant into which the lower gear wheel is immersed. On the end face of the lower wheel to which incident lateral surfaces of the wheel teeth are faced, a flat disc is arranged parallel to this end, which diameter is greater than the diameter of the circumference of the wheel ring gear vertices. In the center of the disc there is a through opening for the shaft on which said gear wheel is mounted. The disc is secured on the end face of the wheel with a gap relative to this end by a flat ring located between the disc and the wheel end face and is secured thereon. The outer diameter of the ring is not greater than the diameter of the circumference of the ring gear bases, and its inner diameter is not less than the diameter of the central hole in the disc.

EFFECT: improved quality of gear wheel lubrication quality.
