FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: tooth-wheel comprises a body, a pair of ring cover strips with outside diameter equal to diameter of circle of peaks of a toothed rim of the tooth-wheel, and secured on end faces of the body, and the toothed rim with hollow teeth made out of bent plates forming teeth surfaces and secured between internal end faces of the ring cover strips. Each tooth is made out of bent plate, its outside surface is identical to profile of the design tooth for the given tooth-wheel. Part of plate at side of tooth side surface lagging during the tooth-wheel rotation and forming a nonworking area of this surface is oriented radially relatively to the tooth-wheel and is secured on its body, and at side of incoming side surface the similar part of the bent plate is cut out along full tooth width, inside the tooth cavity with clearance to side incoming surface and equidistant to it a partition is installed, the partition closes the tooth cavity with clearance to the tooth-wheel body comparable with cut out part of the incoming side surface of the tooth, and this surface is made perforated.
EFFECT: increased quality of the tooth-wheel lubrication.
