SUBSTANCE: jaw crusher comprises a housing with side walls, a crushing chamber including a movable jaw 2, a frame 1 and two side walls 3, a working body 16 made of a rectangular plate 17, located in vertical guides above the receiving opening of the crushing chamber, suspended by a lifting mechanism and fixed to the cross member of the frame. The beam is installed on the upward-facing ends of the side walls of the crusher. The working body 16 is made in the form of a plate 17 and a composite beam 18, located one under the other and hingedly connected to each other using hydraulic cylinders. The plate 17 is made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped with hydraulic cylinders 19, 20 located at the ends of the upper horizontal plane with stops, and the composite beam is made in the form of two rectangular cross-section beams connected to each other at the ends, and is made of channels with parallel edges that serve as guides for the movable sliders, which are made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped. The sliders are connected to travel drives in the form of hydraulic cylinders 21, 22 with stroke limitation. The hydraulic cylinders are secured at the ends to the beams and movable sliders using cylindrical hinges, while the movable sliders are equipped with flat outer broaches on the side of the outlet hole, whereas the ends of the side walls of the plate and the composite beam are made in the form of rectangular cross-section guides located in grooves in the side walls crushers.
EFFECT: increased reliability of the crusher in operation.
