FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used in the assembly of transmissions of power plant units, as well as means of mobility of weapons. When implementing the method, the places of maximum axial runout of the surfaces of the inner flanges of the shaft halves are determined and marked, the transmission shaft is assembled from halves with a diametrical reversal of the marked places, the places of maximum eccentricity of the axes of the holes for installing bushings in the outer flanges of the shaft halves relative to the control belts are determined and marked, the places of maximum eccentricity of the axes of the holes for installing bushings in the connecting flanges relative to their generatrix are determined and marked. Packages of flexible plate elements are attached to the outer flanges of the assembled shaft with the help of fingers and bushings with precision eccentric surfaces, with packages, with the help of the same fingers and bushings, the connecting flanges of the transmission are connected with the combination of marked places. During assembly, the radial runout of the forming connecting flanges of the transmission is minimized by turning the bushings with precision eccentric surfaces, while the eccentricity of the axis of each hole in the connecting flanges and the outer flanges of the shaft halves is determined based on mathematical dependence.
EFFECT: increase in accuracy.
