FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: peroneus longus tendon is bared, split in half and the outer portion is cut off. The knee joint is opened with a lateral parapatellar incision. A channel is formed from the center of the intercondylar space toward the lateral surface of the lateral condyle. The tendon graft is brought to the lateral surface of the lateral condyle with fixation by osteal-periosteal sutures. The distal end is administered through the formed channel to the tuberosity of the tibia with fixation by osteal-periosteal sutures to it.
EFFECT: method ensures stability of the knee joint.
