SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopedics and may be applicable for the treatment of chronic posterior instability of the knee joint. Mobilize the medial part of the patellar tendon with its cutting off from the tibial tuberosity. Newly formed tendon is passed through a channel formed in the inner part of the tibia proximal epimetaphys. Free end of the newly formed tendon sew with allo-tendon graft, which is conducted through an additionally formed channel in the tibia tuberosity. Allo-tendon graft is tightened and after elimination of the posterior subluxation of the tibia with the full extension of the knee joint, the free end of the allo-tendon graft is fixed with sutures to the same allo-tendon.
EFFECT: method allows to increase the reliability of attachment of the tendon to the bone.
