SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used for arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament plasty. Diagnostic arthroscopy of the knee joint is performed. The tendons are then taken to form a graft. A posterolateral port is formed additionally, wherein a loop made of plastic material is inserted into the intercondylar zone of the joint through said port. The autograft is passed through the tibial canal into the joint through the loop of plastic material inside the joint and inserted into the femoral canal, then the graft is pulled. Counter-pull is performed in the proximal direction by the loop made of plastic material while an interference screw is screwed into the femoral canal.

EFFECT: method allows preventing trauma of the autograft and avoiding displacement thereof into the anterior part of the femoral canal caused by tightening the screw due to attachment of the autograft using the loop of plastic material.
