FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: system for dispensing a sample (5) into the buffer liquid comprises a pressure chamber (1) having a pressure supply means for generating an elevated pressure inside the pressure chamber. The inlet capillary (2) is designed to supply the buffer liquid (9) to the outlet head (6) located in the pressure chamber. The outlet capillary (3) is designed to release the buffer liquid and/or sample from the pressure chamber, has an inlet head (7) located in the pressure chamber (1) facing the outlet head (b) of the inlet capillary (2), forming a lumen (8) between the capillaries. The dispenser (4) having a dispensing head (10) is placed in the pressure chamber (1) at the lumen (8) between the capillaries, allowing the sample (5) to be dispensed to the buffer liquid entering the inlet head (7) at the dispensing head (10) of the outlet capillary (3). The pressure chamber (1) comprises a sealed sample passageway (13) adapted to allow the dispenser (4) with the metering head (10) to move in and out of the pressure chamber (1).
EFFECT: decreasing the required sample quantity and increasing the productivity.
