FIELD: testing equipment, vibration-acoustic diagnostics of gear transmissions. SUBSTANCE: proposed process consists in preliminary recording of rotational speed of input shaft of diagnosed transmission, in computation of teeth frequencies, in their usage for adjustment of narrow-band filters, in pickoff of signal from vibration pickup mounted on body of diagnosed transmission, in its filtration by narrow-band filters. Generated diagnostics data are recorded in storage of computer in real time in the form of digital sequence. Data arrays corresponding to time of full speed of diagnosed wheels are selected from them, sections corresponding to vibrations generated by individual teeth are exposed from them. Technical conditions of diagnosed gear wheels and their teeth are evaluated thereafter by parameters of vibrations. Data collection is conducted under various loading moments on output shaft of diagnosed transmission, average value of swing of oscillations of vibration signal is found per each tooth and their change with rise of loading moments and their relation to loading moments on output shaft of diagnosed transmission are used in the capacity of diagnostic parameters. EFFECT: expanded technical capabilities of vibration diagnostics of gear transmissions with simultaneous diagnostics of all gear wheels in transmission and of their teeth. 4 cl, 4 dwg
