FIELD: pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: use of inhibitors of Notch signal transmission ways, selected from the group consisting of 6-(4-tret-butylphenoxy)pyridin-3-amine (I3), or some of its derivatives, for treatment and/or prevention of Notch-dependent cancers, application of a pharmaceutical composition and a kit for the same purpose, application of 6-(4-tert-butylphenoxy) pyridin-3-amine (I3) or some of its derivatives to inhibit Notch signal transmission in cells in vitro, in vivo (option), a method for Notch-dependent cancer treatment and a method for treatment of a disease associated with increased activity of Notch signal transmission ways.
