FIELD: waste processing and disposal.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for combined thermal processing of solid wastes of organic origin with production of thermal and electric energy. Cogeneration plant includes a chamber furnace consisting of a combustion chamber with a hopper for loading wastes and with an outlet for ash removal, an afterburning chamber equipped with perforated oxygen supply tubes, and two cyclone chambers, in which pyrolysis-gasification chambers are coaxially installed and which in upper part have tangential inlet of exhaust gases of afterburning chamber, uniformly washing pyrolysis-gasification chambers and waste gas cleaning system. Each of the pyrolysis gasification chambers has a loading chamber with a locking mechanism, a conical insert, a process channel for feeding an oxidizer, channel for discharge of formed combustible gases with grate and with system of gates with possibility of supply to afterburning chamber and consumer and common channel for both chambers of ash removal with screw conveyor and hopper for collection of ash. Flue gas system includes series-connected scrubber made in form of Venturi pipe, intake bath, packed absorber, separator and exhauster.
EFFECT: invention provides efficient processing of solid wastes containing various organic materials, which form toxic emissions during combustion, as well as reduction of processing wastes in form of ash and reduction of harmful emissions to atmosphere below MPC, and also enables to obtain a valuable secondary product in form of combustible gas.
