FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: operation mode of the vehicle comprises: receiving a request for performing an action which requires energy consumption; delay in the performance of an action requiring energy consumption, based on the energy consumption by the vehicle; and informing the vehicle driver about the delay in the performance of an action requiring energy consumption in response to receiving the request for performance using a delay indicator which is functionally located in the vehicle cabin. The vehicle and the vehicle operation method using a controller are also proposed. It is possible to inform the driver about a delay in the performance of an action which requires energy consumption. Reduction in the likelihood of driver confusion, providing the driver with a simple and intuitive indication, reduction in the likelihood of the question occurrence of whether the driver's team is accepted, and ensuring confidence in the proper execution of commands are achieved.

EFFECT: reduced likelihood of re-triggering the input device due to operator confusion, as a result, the driver is less distracted and concentrates more on driving the vehicle.
