SUBSTANCE: output voltage is created by a continuous alternation of magnetic flux poles in the teeth and is removed from the counter-series coils of the secondary winding. The frequency of the output voltage is multiplied by repeatedly alternating the poles of the magnetic flux during the half-wave period of the supply network.

EFFECT: increase in the efficiency due to the use of an additional freedom degree of the transformer structure with a rotating magnetic field and due to the sharply nonlinear distribution created by the primary three-phase winding of the magnetic flux.
